Add Comments or Photos to a defect

It can be essential to provide additional information or context to a defect that has been identified in an inspection. Here's how it's done.
The person(s) listed on the Company Dashboard will receive an e-mail notification with the image and the comments that are added. The comments will also be permanently tracked with the repair record. It is recommended that discretion is used when adding photos or comments.
  1. Click the "View Comments" button below the defect you wish to add photos or comments to:  

  2. Choose whether you want to add a comment (blue) or photo (red):

  3. If uploading a photo, choose whether you want to take a new photo, or one from your camera roll.

  4. Select the "Upload Photo" button:
